Risk factors
a. Large mediastinal mass (>1/3 of chest diameter) b. Extranodal disease c. Elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (>30 mm/h with B-symptoms, >50 mm/h without B-symptoms) d. ≥3 nodal areas
