Although transformed values were used to determine statistical significance, summary statistics of raw values are found in the table. Values in bold are statistically significant. Normal ranges are as follows: platelets (150-450 × 103/μL), D-dimer (<0.5 μg/mL), fibrinogen (200-400 mg/dL), ESR (0-20 mm/h), and ferritin (24-336 ng/mL). Pain scores range from 0 to 10. Values for QOL total, physical, and psychosocial range from 0 to 100.
