“Converted” refers to cell lines in which GC sensitivity was restored either by stable transfection with wild-type rat GR (CEM-C1ratGR) or by high-level expression of human GR carrying the GRdim mutation35  stably transfected into C7R1 (C7R1dim-high). C7R1dim-low expressed less GRdim and remained GC-resistant (Figure S1)
