Presented are mean values from LC-MS/MS analysis of protein capture on PtdIns(3,4,5)P3-coupled beads across 3 independent donors. Proteins are ranked based on mean abundance. Shown are a spectrum of proteins identified in the screen, with the full data set presented in supplemental Table 1. Assessment of previous functional characterization in human or mouse platelets was carried out by literature searching. The final 5 proteins have previously reported PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 affinity and were captured on the PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 beads with lower stringency (see “Results”).

Area, T3PQ; score, the total score of the protein, which is the sum of all peptide XCorr values for that protein above the specified score threshold; coverage, the percentage of the protein sequence covered by the identified peptides; peptides, the number of unique peptide sequences identified for the protein; PSM, the total number of identified peptide sequences for the protein.
