Mean age of detection and percentage of mice with tumors at 20 weeks are shown for β2m−/−, TCRα−/−, and pre-TCRα−/−mice with the Stat5b transgene. Stat5b transgene on WT background (C57BL/6) are also shown for comparison. Also shown are total numbers of tumors in each group (n1) as well as total number of mice (n2) that met criteria for analysis as outlined in “Generation of mice.” Please note that some mice developed tumors after the 20-week time point.
