From assays of 103 Sca-1+lin− GFP+ cells assayed directly or after their maintenance in LTCs for 4 weeks. CFC assays were performed in FCS-containing methylcellulose medium without added growth factors. Antibodies were added as shown at 10 μg/mL.
Calculated as a percent of the value obtained in the control assays in the same experiment.
Control antibodies were sheep or rabbit IgG as appropriate.
Data shown are the mean ± SEM of values obtained from 3 independent experiments.
