DC-associated genes listed in Table 1 were further analyzed in different donors using an HI380 microarray (Creagene). Seventeen representative genes are listed in abbreviated form according to the number used in Table 1. The microarray was screened with probes prepared from each high-purity DC subset (purity more than 98%) and from BMTs without subtraction. The ratio of DCs to BMTs for each gene was determined from 2 different sets of experiments after background subtraction and normalization. For better contrast, values over 4 are shown in brackets.
