Results of one representative experiment are summarized.
One animal revealed scattered lymphoid infiltrates in colon and liver consistent with mild GVHD.
The 2 animals still alive at day + 169 after BMT were killed and did not have evidence of GVHD (liver, small and large intestines, and skin) or tumor at death. One animal died on day + 94 after BMT of unknown cause without histologic evidence of tumor or of acute or chronic GVHD on necropsy.
