A genome-wide search for loci associated with progenitor cell cycling was performed using the phenotypes of all 33 BXD strains. MapManager QT analysis revealed strongest linkage with these 2 loci. Only linkage with D7Mit178 and D11Mit131 reached LRS values indicative of suggestive linkage.
