Cells were grown in the absence or presence of dox (100 ng/mL) for 30 hours, and the number of functional EpoRs on the cell surface was determined from ¹²⁵I-Epo binding. Values shown correspond to the mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments using 2 different batches of ¹²⁵I-Epo.
