High-density oligonucleotide microarrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA) were analyzed with RNA from wild-type (WT) and EKLF-null (KO) E13.5 fetal livers (M. Arcosoy and P.G.G., manuscript in preparation). Three independent RNA samples were analyzed. Expression levels of genes relevant to megakaryocyte expression are shown as a ratio between WT and KO levels, along with their P value. Relevant genes that were not affected include c-mpl, PBP (CXCL7), RANTES (CCL5), and ENA78 (CXCL5).
