Negative/low CDX2 expressers convert significantly better from positive MRD status at MRD point in time 1 to negative MRD status at MRD point in time 2, in comparison with pediatric ALL patients showing higher initial CDX2 transcripts (CDX2/PBGD ratio [%] 4 ≤ ratio).
