Organs were collected at 6 hours after LPS. TNF-α converting enzyme activity was measured using fluorogenic peptide substrate and expressed as fluorescence units (FU) per minute. Data are mean ± SEM of 6 mice. Plasma was collected at 6 hours after LPS. Plasma level of PAI-1 was determined using mouse PAI-1 ELISA kit. Data are mean ± SEM of 6 mice.
