Host- and donor-derived CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell expression

Host- and donor-derived CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were quantified 14 days after infusion of 5 × 106 LP donor TCD-BM cells and 3 × 106 LP donor splenic T cells into C57BL/6 asmase+/+ and asmase−/− lethally irradiated recipients. Data (mean ± SEM), representing absolute number of T cells (× 106), were derived by multiplying the percentage of each population identified by flow cytometric analysis by the total splenocyte number. LP donor cells were identified by the Ly9.1 antibody.
