At baseline, NY1DD × Rag1−/− have significantly increased pulmonary NK cells. Lungs were harvested 4 days after adoptive transfer of NKT cells harvested from spleen (see “Methods”). Data represent mean (SEM). Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Neuman-Keuls posttesting. A P value less than .05 was considered significant.
