PLZF-RARα direct target genes identified by comparison of ChIP-chip and gene expression arrays (1672 genes). PLZF-RARα binding to target promoters (ES) represents the average of ChIP-chip peak enrichment for at least 2/3 biologic replicates. PLZF-RARα–mediated gene expression changes are represented as the average fold change of biologic triplicates.
