The expression of the total amount and phosphorylation state of PDK1, Akt1, PTEN and CK2 was measured by Western blotting, and signals were quantified by densitometric scanning and corrected to β-actin levels. Values are mean ± SD. The table corresponds to the Western blotting data shown in Figure 5
