The left column shows miRNAs found to be down-regulated during differentiation of human CD34+ cells into megakaryocytes.15  The behavior of these miRNAs during murine megakaryopoiesis, as determined in the current study, is shown in the right column. The study by Garzon et al15  found no up-regulated miRNAs during human megakaryopoiesis.
