[BALB/c × C57BL/6]F1 recipient mice were lethally irradiated and then grafted with 3 × 106 CD3ε−/− BM cells and 3 × 106 allogeneic Ly5.1+ C57BL/6 T cells and with 3 × 106 Thy1.1+ rsTreg (Tallo+rsTreg). Immune reconstitution of rsTreg was evaluated in the spleen 7, 15, 30, and 60 days after transplantation.
