Four samples, including parental KMS11 cells, KMS11 cells transfected, respectively, with nontargeting (NT), CDK5_4, and CDK5_10 siRNAs for 48 hours were harvested and processed for gene expression analysis. The CEL files were processed and normalized by MAPP application. Probe sets with absent call (“A” call) across all samples were removed and the genes down-regulated at least 2-fold in both CDK5 siRNAs (CDK5_4 and CDK5_10) transfected cells versus NT oligo-transfected cells were presented.
