The no. (%) of PKH26+ B cells localized in contact with GFP+ and with GFP+GAL1+ stromal cells was determined on BM sections (see Figure 3). The presence or the absence of contacts between PKH26-labeled B cells and GAL1+GFP+ stromal cells was confirmed by analyzing 10-μm-thick z sections by confocal microscopy.
