Day 6 MDDCs were mock-treated or treated with HSV-2186 (MOI, 3), and IRF gene expression was determined by qPCR. Data are mean fold change in the expression of IRF genes in HSV-2– versus mock-treated cells for 3, 6, and 12 hours after treatment from 4 independent experiments.
