The numbers of EpCAM+ MHC II+ and MHC IIhi TEC cells were calculated based on the total cell number in the CD45 compartment and the percentages of EpCAM+ cells within the MHC II+ and MHC IIhi subsets as determined by flow cytometry. Data represent mean (SD) values calculated from 5 young (3-month-old) WT, Foxn1Tg, old (18–22 months) Foxn1 Tg mice, and 4 old WT mice.
