The association rate (Kon) and dissociation rate (Koff) are reported and the dissociation constant (Kd) was derived from the Koff/Kon ratio. The results are representative of 2 independent experiments with similar results. Kd values were also calculated independently from binding kinetics by performing Scatchard plot analysis of the equilibrium binding data. The correlation coefficients of the linear regression of these analyses were always higher than 0.8 and yielded Kd values similar to those calculated from the Koff/Kon ratio (data not shown).
