FISH positive for BCR/ABL gene rearrangement.

FISH positive for TCF3(E2A)-PBX1 gene fusion.

This case had low hypodiploidy (30-39 chromosomes) at diagnosis. FISH analysis at relapse detected loss of the ABL1 and BCR signals consistent with the low hypodiploid clone seen at diagnosis.
