Pregnant congenic B6 (C57BL/6J) mutant females were euthanized at various times after mating to congenic B6 mutant males and the embryos were genotyped (left column) by PCR. The number (and percentage) of embryos of a given genotype at each developmental stage (from E7.0 to P21) as recovered from heterozygous mutant Tr4 intercrosses is shown.
