Cells were cultured on Sys1 stromal cells in the presence of IL-6 and LIF. CAFC frequencies were obtained by limiting dilution analysis of cultures at week 5. 95% limits are 95% confidence intervals.
Supernatant transduction was performed in the presence of IL-3, IL-6, and LIF (LIF) or IL-3, IL-6, and SCF (SCF). Mock transductions were performed in the presence of IL-3, IL-6, and LIF (Mock). For details, see the Materials and Methods.
Cells were cultured on Sys1 stromal cells in the presence of IL-6, LIF, and AZT.
