Different dilutions of plasmin were added to the lower compartments of the Transwell chambers. Human monocytes (PMs) were permitted to migrate across polycarbonate membranes with a pore size of 5 μm for 90 minutes. Human PMNs were allowed to migrate across polycarbonate membranes with a pore size of 3 μm for 60 minutes. Results represent the mean ± SEM for migrated cells in 7 oil-immersion fields of 9 PM or 3 PMN experiments.
