Embryos were assigned a genotype of +/+ or W42 (W42/+ or W42/W42) according to criteria described in the text.
Positive recipients were defined as mice whose WBC count contained ≥5% Ly5.2+ (FL-derived) lymphoid and myeloid elements (Gr-1+).
Primary recipients used as donors of cells for secondary transplants (data shown in Table 3).
ρ Total percent of donor-derived WBCs were Ly5.2+ was ≥5%, but ≤5% of total Gr-1+ cells were Ly5.2+.
