Human umbilical vein EC (passage 3) were treated with HIV-tat alone or in the presence of cycloheximide (CHX) or TNF for 6 hours at 37°C. At the end of incubation, cells were harvested and examined for the expression of adhesion molecules by flow cytometry. The data shown are derived from two separate experiments.
