HLA-DR⁺ cells and HLA-DR^dim cells from mobilized peripheral blood were cultured in [IL-3 + IL-6 + KL] ± FL. Cultures were analyzed for total cells (days 6 through 9) and CFU-GM (day 14).

Not significantly different from HLA-DR^dim lacking FL (P = .11).
