A total of 1 × 105 cells/mL were cultured with sense or antisense oligonucleotides (10 μmol/L) for 72 hours, and the supernatants were used for IL-6 and IL-10 ELISA assays. IL-6S, IL-6 sense oligonucleotides; IL-6AS, IL-6 antisense oligonucleotides; IL-10S, IL-10 sense oligonucleotides; IL-10 antisense oligonucleotides.
