C1R cells transfected with chimeric HLA-A2.1/H-2D genes were stained with 10 μg/mL of MoAb as described in Materials and Methods.
C1R-DAA cells expressed relatively low level of chimeric HLA-A2.1/H-2D molecules compared with other constructs.
Results expressed as mean fluorescence intensity units after subtraction of background obtained with the untransfected C1R cells.
IgG1 and IgG2a MoAb were used as negative controls.
