BL41 cells, vector only–transfected and LMP1-transfected BL41 cells (107) were inoculated subcutaneously into athymic BALB/c mice. A group of six mice was injected in the same subcutaneous site with equal numbers (107) of vector-transfected and LMP1-transfected BL41 cells.
