MO levels in naive (tumor-free) and 3LL tumor-bearing mice. Monocyte levels were measured by flow cytometry in the bone marrow, peripheral blood, spleens, and tumors of control and GW2580-treated tumor-free mice (Naive), as well as control and GW2580-treated tumor-bearing mice (TB). Percentages and absolute numbers are represented as mean ± SEM. Monocyte levels from control and GW2580-treated mice were assessed using the Student t test.
