Ag expression analysis was done by indirect immunofluorescence staining. Cells were incubated with 10 μg/mL amounts of hA20 and hLL1 for CD20 and CD74 expression analysis, respectively, for 45 minutes followed by FITC-conjugated F(ab')2 fragment goat anti-human Fc-specific secondary antibody. All incubations were done on ice followed by washing and flow cytometric analysis.
