Identical and quasi-identical TCR-β CDR3 sequences identified in different PNH patients by (1) “cloning and sequencing”* or (2) by clonotypic-specific PCR. Nomenclature of Vβ (TRBV) and Jβ (TRBJ) genes is according to the International Immunogenetics Information System.30  Patients are numbered as in Table 1, and sequence ID is as identified in Table 2.
