Purified T1 or T2 B subsets from wild-type mice were incubated 24 or 48 hours as indicated. The differentiation is expressed by the percentage of B cell subsets in T2 or M regions (see Figures 3A,S3B). The results are expressed as means plus or minus SD from 3 independent experiments.
