Purified T2 B cells from wild-type mice or mice deficient in the expression of CD38, Btk (XID), Lyn, or Fyn were stimulated 48 hours with anti-CD38. The differentiation of T2 B cells induced by anti-CD38 is expressed as the percentage of cells in the region of mature B lymphocytes (Figure 6A). The results are expressed as mean and standard deviation from 3 independent experiments
