Cell-surface expression of the indicated molecules was evaluated by cytofluorimetric analysis after 24 hours of stimulation (n = 4 for all antigens except uPAR and CD11b, which were tested in 9 independent experiments). An identical pattern of expression was observed up to 72 hours after stimulation. Up-regulation of CD11b and CD11c in U937 cells stimulated with PMA was previously reported.63
