All cultures contained CD34+CD38 cells isolated from a normal female (F) bone marrow (BM) sample and 100 ng/mL of FL and SF, and 20 ng/mL of IL-3, IL-6, and G-CSF. CD34+CD38 CML cells were added as shown.
