Statistical Analysis of Brain Engraftment Parameters in Newborn Mice

EffectF (df)P
Blood engraftment 136.0 (1) .0001
Blood engraftment × genotype 23.9 (1) .0001
EffectF (df)P
Blood engraftment 136.0 (1) .0001
Blood engraftment × genotype 23.9 (1) .0001

The number of donor-derived cells in the brains of newborn mice 3 months post-BMT was modeled to evaluate the effects of blood engraftment, genotype, and their interactions [Model F(3,39) = 23.9; P = .0001]. The number of donor-derived cells in the brain correlates with the number in blood (see Fig 5) and is significantly higher in ASMKO as compared with normal mice.

Abbreviation: df, degrees of freedom.
