The frequency of 2° CFC (expressed as number per 105MNCs) was measured from 100 BM MNC samples using 20 replicate cultures at each of the shown plating densities in 96-well plates. In addition, LDA was used to determine the frequency of LTC-IC (expressed as number per 105 MNCs) for each group of densities that were performed in parallel.
