Log-phase Molt-4 cells were treated with 8 nmol/L GW1843 for 24 hours and three morphologic populations of cells were isolated on histopaque discontinuous gradients as described in Materials and Methods. Isolated fractions were scored as live, blebbed, or dead with phase contrast microscopy using trypan blue exclusion. Results represent the average of four separate experiments and are presented as mean ± SEM.
