UG3 cells were cultured in semisolid media containing (A) IL-3 (5 ng/mL), (B) GM-CSF (1 ng/mL), (C) M-CSF (100 ng/mL), or (D) G-CSF (10 ng/mL) after liquid culture in the presence of IL-3 (5 ng/mL), GM-CSF (1 ng/mL), M-CSF (100 ng/mL), or G-CSF (10 ng/mL) for the period indicated. Statistical analysis was performed with the number of colonies at week 0. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
