CD34+CD33lo thymocytes (105/well) were cultured for 9 days in the conditions listed, as described in the Materials and Methods. Absolute numbers of NK cells and DCs were deduced from relative numbers of CD7+CD56+ and CD13+CD1+cells, respectively, as determined by flow cytometry. Results are representative of one of three experiments.
