*Anti-H-2b antibody activities were measured by an enzyme-linked immunoassay using purified class I H-2bantigens as target. OD405 nm is optical density at 405 nm wavelength. Each value is the mean ± SD.
The antibody activities of these 4 immunized mice were significantly lower than those transfused with control heterozygous leukocytes and immunized (P = .02).
