Granzyme B, but not inactivated granzyme B, induced cell death by direct injection into the cytoplasm of MCF-7 cells in 2 hours. Percent apoptosis represents number of dead cells divided by the total injected cells and then subtracted percent death of control cells, which were injected only with 0.3% Texas Red and 0.15 mol/L NaCl.
