Groups of 5 irradiated (550 cGy) bm1 (Ly5.2) recipients were transplanted with 5.0 × 106 T-cell–depleted B6-Ly5.1 marrow cells alone or with the indicated numbers of B6 (Ly5.2) CD8-enriched LN cells added to the graft. The percentage of donor marrow-derived T cells and granulocytes in the peripheral blood of recipients surviving on days 28, 61, and 97 after transplantation was determined by two-color staining with CD3- and Ly5.1-specific antibodies. Data indicate results for individual recipients.
