Detection of antiadenoviral IgG antibodies was performed by enzyme immunoassay. The results are reported as standard deviations above the mean of a reference group of nonimmune subjects: <2.0 = nonimmune; 2.0-2.9 = +/− immune; 3.0-5.0 = + immune; >5.0 = ++ immune. Pairedt testing showed no significant effect for immunization.
